front and rear rubbers

hello

i live in Holland and i am a new owner for three weeks now from a sugga
i have also a m151 a2 mutt


the sugga complete car it has

extern heater device new
all radio`s and antenne`s (i don`t know if they are working )
one bike on the back
axe and shovel
a pair of ski `s
a pair of snow shoes

now my problems
the front window is leaking
the former owner had the windscreen made to small
now i have let made a new one triplex glass €35,-
is there only one rubber seal or two
is there a drawing or picture of it

do you know witch model of rubber is for the rear boot

and for the rear window rubber i found in the forum the barkas rubber fits ??

if it has a dutch license i will set some picture`s of it

Hey,

Congrats to your new car...
There is only one seal for the front windshield, that is made for the Sugga only. Since the windshield is made to tilt forward, it will never be water tight. that is why suggas have metal rails left and right under the window with small rubber hoses running behind the dashboard and into the engine compartment where they drain. But even that doesn't work too well... the water through the windshield is part of the deal...
the rubber seals for the windscreen are hard to come by.

The Barkas fits. Yes.

As for the boot, I took some pretty thick hollow rubber seal that I found at a shop specialiced in rubber products, that I cut und glued into the groove.

hallo zusammen... erst mal glückwunsch zum neuen sugga...
ich habe mir das ganze mal von googel übersetzen lassen.... aber die kamen mit den begriffen nicht zurecht...

wenn ich richtig verstanden habe geht es um eine undichtes frontscheibengummi, und eine zu kleine scheibe....
außerdem das du deck wasserabläufe im scheibenrahmen hast?

jemanden für gestempelte grade scheiben habe ich..... das mit der dichtung wird schwirig...

Kueppi. Die Scheiben hat er schon. Ihm geht's nur um die Dichtungen. Die Ablaufe haben alle Suggas, nur sind sie meistens zerlegt und demontiert und zerfallen...

ich habe nach dem reinigen der fensterrahmen (rostkontrolle ) nirgens so etwas gesehen....
wo sollen die den sein?

ah jetzt verstehe ich... du meinst die lochleiste am innenrahmen... die habe ich auch

ich dachte an einen wasserablauf am scheibenrahmen der karosserie

der GOS sugga ist meines wissens auf eine feste scheibe umgebaut worden. dazu müste die dichtung eines 800 taxi zu bekommen sein...

Nope.... nicht die Lochleiste. An der Karosserie ist ein Alurahmen, der vor den Belüftungsdüsen vorbeiläuft. Der sammelt das wasser.

Yes George. Its the Alu that I mean. The hoses should be hanging loose down in the engine compartment.
