How can the military and civilian history of a TP21 be tracked ?
Any iddea of a Swedish 'registry' through the chassis number ?

Only answer I got was from Ulla Bergwall from Volvo Historical Archive, that
Volvo TP21 #443 was delivered on 8th of august 1957 from Volvo factory to unit A2 in Gothenburg.
Digging little bit further unveiled that A2, named 'ROYAL GÖTA ARTILLERY REGIMENT', was motorised in 1951 and disbanded
in 1962. What happened next, nobody knows.
Where dit the vehicle serve ?
When was it sold from the Swedish Army ?
Who were the civilian owners in Sweden, and then UK (from where I bought the car) ?
As far as I know, Suggas were sold to civilian market in the '80-th...

I managed to find a document stating the military number (49185) the car had in the Swedish Army and the date it was sold (to civilian market I guess) - 1979.
No info still of what happened between 1962 (when unit A2 was disbanded) to 1979.
I wrote an email to Military Archives in Sweden, but got no answer yet. There is still hope...
